The European rulebook, act by act.

What this board is for
The law that prices energy is not one act. It is a shelf of them, and this is the register of what each one says.
The regime, on one screen
Every legal act the register rests on, with its own words rather than a
summary of them. A row opens into the dossier: what the act does to a project, which
provisions the board reads, which version of the text those readings were taken from,
and where anyone can read it themselves.
From the directive to Germany
Reviews, transitional windows and decision triggers, each READ out of an
archived official text — the build refuses a date it cannot locate there, quote and all.
These are the days the ground can move, not predictions that it will; a passed deadline
stays on the list and says so.
What moved, newest first. A parameter being read for the first time is not
a movement and is not listed here — the register filling in and the law changing under a
project are different events.
Every parameter the board watches, under the act it is anchored in. A row opens
where it stands; the identifier is the stable key a change record points at. A parameter that
rests on more than one act is listed under the first — its other provisions are in the row.
